I agree with your thoughts, but I would also add that we, and I mean you and I, were very lucky to have been educated by teachers who we didn't know what political parties they belonged to because they were teaching us to think for ourselves and not trying to inject their own ideology. That was definitely not the case with my daughter and apparently also with your boys. I hope the next generation can get a better head start to be able to think for themselves. First, I want to thank you for such a thoughtful post. Second, I think your observations are on to something. Since there is much here, I’ll bullet point my thoughts. Excuse me if I bounce around a bit:
• With regards to the assorted “meltdowns”, my first question is – who and where are the parents? How can they allow/enable their children to become such weak individuals? Unfortunately, I have a feeling most have subcontracted the rearing of their children to the educational system (the State); or have let the computer become the official babysitter. These young women have all been fed a steady diet of flawed feminism (which is a communist construct) along with ancillary propaganda (more below). Thus, we see a whole group of harpies who are basically selfish and self-centered hot messes (and the rise of psych meds – which are dubious at best). Mark my words, in twenty years’ time there will be articles of the unmarried women who regret imbibing from the feminist brew. They will be alone and realize that the long-term outlook will be one of isolation. I would not be surprised if the incidence of suicides within this demographic to increase. A terrible outcome and I hope I am wrong.
o As you note, one major causality of the above, has been the “wossifying” of young men. They have been told for decades that their natural aggressive behavior is bad and something that must be eliminated. With the focus on women for so long, our boys have been neglected. This really must stop. We raise children – not just one sex. Again, I blame the parents. Shame on the dads for not raising their boys to be men. The thing with boys is that they have to be trained to focus their energies on constructive endeavors. And mothers have to understand that they are the ones to civilize these savage beings.
• While I agree TDS is a form of mental disease – what it really is a successful psy-op. Both Stalin and Goebbles would be proud. The Left are masters of propaganda and everything of late from the MSM has been used to divide. If one studies history one can see the similarities between the miscreants noted and today. The idea is to vilify people, to make them appear stupid and sub-human. Once done, such folk can be cancelled or even eliminated. Need proof? Just look at the vitriol during the Covid scam (you touched on this).
• I enjoy The Duran! It was The Duran and the YouTube posts from Gonzola Lira (who was murdered by the Ukrainians). From these sources (and others) that I learned what was (is) really going on in Ukraine. A tragedy that could have been avoided. Personally, I don’t know how anyone can rely on Big Media, Big Pharma, Big Food, or Big Government for their information. Begs the question, when will people figure out they are being played.
• Thanks for a new book to read - The Fate of Empire and Search for Survival. The thing I noticed about the declines of empires is that they tend to decline in a stair-like fashion. There is a general decline in the empire’s ethos that leads to a pivotal event. Usually, the empire can recover (and even regain past glory for a while), however, once a trend is established it goes longer and deeper than people realize. With the election of DJT, I have a feeling that the appearance of return to normal will arise. Unfortunately, methinks people are woefully unaware of the problems that faces us both domestically and abroad.
o We have been invaded by several million people who have no interest in the American way but want to feast upon our largess. Not to mention the assorted state sponsored terrorists who are waiting to be activated.
o We still have The Deep State who will not go quietly into night. I pray that DJT isn’t JFK’ed. Yes, these so called Americans are that evil.
o Our financial system is in jeopardy. The massive printing of money to fund stupid wars (basically a money laundering scheme) has put a significant burden upon the system. Math doesn’t lie and is subject to the laws of nature. There could come a time in which the system seizes – forcing us into a government financial system all designed to control us. Yes I know this sounds like conspiracy theory… but I hope I am wrong.

This is the best explanation of TDS I've seen yet. People have been brainwashed for sure. They are vicious in their anger, there is no talking to them...they get rigid and start yelling about how much they hate Trump....OMG, it's crazy. The other thing that has to be considered is the low intelligence factor. If we consider the intelligence in our country on a Bell Curve, it makes more sense. Those on the middle to low end could easily be led and controlled, and if the same curve was applied to emotions, the result would be the same. People raised by helicopter mothers are now hyper-hysterical and the most easily led and the least willing to listen.
Some of the most "educated" people I know, who work in higher education, are afflicted with TDS. So either being educated is different from being intelligent, or it's a matter of how one thinks. Certainly the helicopter parents are operating under the Devouring Mother archetype.
Woke women think that having babies is Oppression. I am viewing compilations of their tantrums because Trump has won. They go from terror to sorrow to rage. Anti-Trump women swear before TicToc that they will refuse to have sex – "with men”, they stipulate – and they swear never to have children. This is so great a perversion of nature that the majority of these women must become more depressed as their fertile 20s passes them by, must they not? So they take these serotonin boosters. Which make them artificially happy, but they don’t have anything within themselves to cause them to be satisfied or contented, much less joyful. So I reason. Artificial, causeless happiness manifests as brittleness and moodiness and a feeling of being lost. Thus my little theory.
They need the masculine side of life. I empathize. I was a somewhat Oedipal boy. I was blessed to meet a wild girl who wanted my babies. She was a tornado, still is I’m sure, though we’ve been flying parallel and so far apart – over the horizon from one another – for so many years. We were hippie types, but we had children and we homesteaded. We didn’t know what we had, didn’t know how to talk, to fight, to know one another. Typical boomers.
But I’ll say this for us, we plunged right into life. She was 18 and I was 21 and we plunged right in. We had babies. We didn’t hold back. Now I’m old and what do I treasure most? My memories of that time, even the memories I have so vividly because she told me them so vividly and so honestly. What wild and wonderful kids were!!
