Not many will go to the trouble of explaining their writing process like you have. Although I am not using A/i for much of anything and don't care too, I can understand your reasons for doing so. The machines are dark, cold and soulless and could pluck us out of existence if we let them.

I realize this essay turned out to be less about my writing process and more of a rant against all the AI auditors (LOL). I promise I'll dive deeper into my actual craft in a few weeks when I launch the next series. To me, AI is as soulless as a shovel—but that shovel handles the mundane, heavy-lifting tasks that let me write extensive work in a timely way. I appreciate it, but at the same time I may be one of the few people who see it as an anomaly and don't think it's going to be around for very long.
If you--or anyone--seeks to measure the distance between 1984 (or the year in which Orwell chose that future number) and 2026 and then tries to comprehend the meaning of that distance, shift gears if not cranial hemispheres and think BRAVE NEW WORLD.
